Welcome to Swanton Abbott Community Primary School!

These are our Transition Days for new children who will be joining our Reception class in September 2023.  We look forward to meeting our new children, parents and carers!

Wednesday June 28th 2023    2.00 pm to 3.00 pm

Wednesday July 5th 2023       1.30 pm to 2.30 pm

Wednesday July 12th 2023     1.30 pm to 2.30 pm

These are our starting times for September 2023.

Children who will be starting school in September and joining Reception will come into school on Thursday 7th September 2023. From this date they will be full time. Children in other year groups will come back on Wednesday 6th September

Children can come into school from 8.40 am and the school day finishes at 3.15 pm.

Please drop off and collect your children from the small gate next to the Reception outside area. A member of staff will be there to greet you.

Lunch can be ordered on the day (the new menu will be on the website as soon as it is available).

Please bring PE kits into school so that they are available when needed. They will be returned at half term (unless they need to be sent home for washing).  

Please bring your book bag every day!
