The school based Flu Immunisation Programme is due to commence in October 2019. The School Immunisation Service is introducing a paperless system with parents/carers required to submit consents or decline online through their e-portal. We have been advised that our school's immunisations will take place on Friday 29th November 2019.
As a result, we have attached a copy of their letter with details of how you can either give your consent or decline online using the link provided. The letter will also be available for reference purposes on our school website (Under Parents and Letters to Parents/Carers).
